Gallup Finds U.S. Unemployment Up to 10.0% in Mid-February

Yesterday I read that economic growth domestically was suppose to increase by 3.2% in 2011 yet unemployment is still a serious concern for all of us. with new lending principals and less trusting attitude amongst fellow citizens, what are the necessary steps to reverse and stop this trend. clearly what it means to "work" in america has greatly shifted since the dawn of the internet and telecommunication. are there ways to better monetize time being spent on-line? Perhaps not, however, maybe online advertisers and goverment agencies could switch the focus of online advertisement from spending and product placement to service and public work projects.. offering Americans with too much time on their hands ways to get involved, better their community, and reach a more promising future thru traditional labor and community organization.
